3% loan offer

Hello,

Are you having one or two difficulties from other financial instrument lender?

As regards to secure the acquisition of BG/SBLC for project financing. I am direct to a private investor specifically for cash loan.

As a professional in this industry with over 20years experience, I will advise that you seek for a cash loan instead of a BG/SBLC. Note that in the market today it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a genuine BG/SBLC from any of the AAA rated banks. All you have flying around are 100% fakes.

Also, when you get a genuine BG/SBLC (which is almost impossible), it will be very difficult for you to monetize it at the same face value issued thereby running short of funds. I hope you know that not all platforms or countries accept BG/SBLC, thereby making it worthless. The lease fee for a genuine BG is 35% while for purchase is 52%. Compare this cost to the interest rate of 3% in acquisition of a cash loan; you would agree with me that getting a cash loan is far better.

Moreover, our loan (Company) will give you the loan an interest rate of 3%. if interested do not hesitate to contact me to direct you to the loan company.

Regards,

Mr Sebastian Alfred

Re: [nafex] nafex Digest, Vol 239, Issue 3

Okay, I took your advice. I pulled out all the weeds near the base of the tree, gave it a few handfuls of "plant-tone" fertilizer, covered it all with two layers of newspaper and some cedar mulch, and replaced the cage around it.

Who knows, maybe the thing will decide to grow, this year or next. Sigh. I had really hoped to graft from it onto the two new rootstocks I planted this spring. At least those rootstocks are looking good. I'm impressed at how much growth is coming from the 14" twigs with two little stringy roots trailing off their bottoms. But they have both already put out several inches of top growth and probably as many leaves as the poor Ashmead. I haven't dug up the roots, of course, but I assume they are growing as well.

Lol.

The rootstock is G202, by the way, and yeah, that probably is a runty rootstock.

In addition to all the other problems you mention, there's not enough light in this spot.

Re: [nafex] nafex Digest, Vol 239, Issue 3

You have a runty cultivar growing on a runty rootstock, probably growing in runty soil. In other words ,your tree is runted out. Happens all the time out here in the harsh conditions of the West. Something is making your roots unhappy. Take care of your roots first. Top growth follows root growth. Get rid of all the weeds, put compost down. Take off any fruit. Keep it moist. Next winter cut it back and maybe it will have enough root to send up some top growth.

Well,

There was no clear apex, but one spur is a little higher than the others, and it had three leaf clusters emerging from it, and one of those had grown about half an inch. So I plucked off the other two clusters, in the hopes that one decides its the apex and grows a bit more.

I also trimmed off the top of one twig, just above a bud. Maybe it will sprout?

I left the rest of the tree alone. I?ll give it a bit more fertilizer and remove some of the weeds at it?s base, as well.

Yes, normal growth. At least, normal leaves, like at the end of a spur. It's just that EVERY twig ends like that.
