Jerry, There are Kelly's Old Timey Apples (263 Hen Reasor Rd, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219 and he is on Facebook) and Fahey (Singing Tree, 588 Turner Rd, Oxford, NY 13830) He does everything by mail so send a self-addressed/stamped envelope and he will send you his list) that also have very nice scion wood offerings. Maple Valley Orchard's Tony Dembski has actually retired but you may be able to get a few sticks from him.
Also, the Home Orchard Society in the Pacific Northwest is duplicating Nick Botner's collection and may start offering scion wood this spring. It was hinted at in a recent article but I don't know that for sure. Botner's collection is definitely the largest private collection.
Good Luck,
Jim
